Due to the process of selling online we try our best to photograph our items to best represent the colour and quality of the item itself. However due to the photography process the items colour may vary slightly to the image colour on your screen.
Due to leather being a natural material, some leather goods may vary slightly in colour from one another. Also some hides have natural marks and patterns on them.
We will do all we can to send the item to you on the next working day of receiving payment. Shipping periods will be different for each country, if you are concerned because you have not received your purchase please feel free to contact us.
We have a 30 day return policy for any faulty items. Once we receive the item we will look in to the fault. At our discretion we will deem the item faulty. If the item has been misused, or the care instructions have not been adhered to you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty. If your item is found to be faulty, we issue a store credit. Shipping fees are non refundable.
